We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
It is our goal to ship your order on the first business day following our receipt of your order. Occasionally this is not possible, but we do make sure all orders of in stock items leave our store within three business days. All orders received after Noon will be processed the following day.
- All orders are shipped via UPS ground from our Yountville store.
- We offer 2nd day and overnight services for an additional charge.
- There is an additional shipping charge to Alaska and Hawaii.
- We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
- We do not do international shipping at this time.
All wine is shipped on Mondays unless you choose overnight or 2nd day shipping.
Wine must be shipped to an adult, and an adult signature will be required. We will phone to confirm age on all wine orders.
If you would like to arrange future ship dates please phone customer service.
We make every effort to bring you the highest quality products available. Occasionally it does happen that a product arrives broken or damaged. In that instance we will either replace your product or give you a refund. Please save the product, and if possible the box it was delivered in so we can have UPS return it to us. Return requests must be made within 7 days of your delivery date.
We do offer limited refunds on 2nd day and Overnight shipping. If the carrier fails to deliver your package on time we will refund your shipping costs. This does not apply during periods of high seasonal volume such as during the weeks before Thanksgiving, Christmas, and MotherŐs Day. Delivery dates on ground shipping are not guaranteed.
If your packaged is damaged in transit we will refund your shipping, and replace your product, but you must save the box, and contents. We will have UPS return the package to us.
We can not be responsible for package sent to an incorrect shipping address, and will not refund shipping in that instance. Please contact us immediately if you realize you have given us the wrong address. We will be happy to re-ship packages that are returned to us as undeliverable for an additional shipping charge.
